Jim is an experienced executive who has worked in Telecommunications, Government and the Health sector. He is a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors and Chair of the Healthy Futures Trust and Chair of a large Medical Centre’s Advisory Board.
Jim works with a number of professions and sits on Professional Conduct Committees.
Jim is a very experienced businessman and has created a range of new organisations and led the system design changes for large corporations and the New Zealand Crown.

Rachel has previously been a social worker and has a law degree. She is very experienced in psycho-social assessments, competence assessments of professionals and professional regulation.
Rachel began her career as a Health Social Worker and spent 13 years working in a variety of health settings including hospitals, health centres and community health agencies.
In 2009 Rachel graduated with a LLB with first class honours and was admitted to the Bar in October
Rachel has extensive experience in professional regulation (conduct/competence and health) as well
as policy and legislation development.
